How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Typically, orders are processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 5-7 business days depending on your location across India.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible.
How do I find the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it against our guide to ensure the perfect fit for our signature relaxed styles.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Offduty India ships exclusively within India. We are working hard to bring our collections to our global community soon.
