Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and phone number to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags intact before securely repacking it in the original shipping bag.
Pickup & Inspection
Our courier partner will attempt a pickup within 48 hours; once received at our warehouse, the items will undergo a standard quality inspection.
Refund or Replacement
Upon approval, your exchange will be dispatched or your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
